"Disney's The Aristocats KIDS" and Aristo-Kitty Adoption
The Barn Kids program presents "Disney's The Aristocats KIDS" Tuesday, July 26, through Thursday, July 28, at 7:30pm.
The fun really begins July 23, when Kansas City's Wayside Waifs brings their mobile adoption van to a special "Aristo-Kitty-Cat" adoption event in our parking lot from 10:00 a.m. until Noon. Just as the AristoKittens were rescued - you can "rescue and adopt" your very own Aristo Kitty Cat. Persons adopting will also receive a $15.00 gift certificate from The Barn Players.
KCMO FM (94.9) station's mascot "Cool Cat" will be there, plus we'll have lots of goodies from Runza, which opened just down the street from the Barn!
Tickets to The Barn Kids production of "Disney's The Aristocats KIDS" are $5.00 per person, kids age 4 and under are free. Tickets are available on line at www.thebarnplayers.org.

An update on online ticket sales
With the transition to Brown Paper Tickets for our box office services, we have encountered a few glitches here and there, however we're fixing everything we can as soon as we can, because the last thing we want to do is make it harder for you to come see a show at the Barn!
One of the issues brought up to us has been the difference in cost between online purchase and purchase at the door - namely the service charge. That changes now. For the duration of our 2011 season (at least), we have arranged that there is now no service charge on our online ticket purchases. That means the price of the ticket is the price of the ticket, and it's the same price in advance as well as at the door. As our audiences have been growing steadily, and with the many popular productions we have coming up, please purchase tickets online through Brown Paper Tickets in order to guarantee your seats!

August 12, 13 and 14 is our annual fund raiser. This year The Barn Players present "The Last Five Years" starring Bryan LaFave and Katie Meador, with a special second act featuring Danielle Gibbs, Rebecca Johnston, Michael Golliher and John Cleary performing the music of Jason Robert Brown. Tiffany Garrison-Schweigert directs.
Tickets are $15 for the Friday night performance and Sunday matinee. The $20 Saturday night ticket ($25 at the door) includes dinner courtesy of RJ's Bob-Be-Que Shack, Runza, Alter Ego, Rimann Liquors and a silent auction. See our website, www.thebarnplayers.org, for tickets
