Hi guys,

A quick question. I have a late model blackface bassman, either '66 or '67 not sure. Anyway i am trying to spuce it up a bit. I ordered a kit of stuff on line: new chassis straps, corners, knobs etc and they are fine but the new corners are too short. They dont match the old screw holes. Is there a difgerent part or source or something??

Thanks,

Don

Hi Don did you try Mojotone? They have their own Mojo corners and Fender corners I believe.

I have a 67 blackface bassman and they had corners that worked for me.

And no, I don't work for Mojotone.I do order parts from them alot. They are great guys and very helpful.

Take care,
 Will Wood

Sounds like maybe you got some of those generic "Peavey" corners that are floating around here and there on the web? The Mojotone parts I've ordered fit perfectly.

Good luck with  your amp spruce-up!
