It’s impossible to say from the little info you provided. But you can eliminate from the driver on if the reverb/vibrato channel works. Could be a fried resister or cap, or it could be a cold solder joint. Could be your first 12ax7 or the socket is bad or even just dirty. Try wiggling the first preamp tube around a little. If that doesn’t work then replace it. Beyond that you’re at own risk….OK, take the chassis out and visually inspect it for anything obvious. Then either start back from the driver or trace the signal from the input to see where it stops. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, don’t take the chassis out and go poking around in there with the filter caps charged or the amp plugged in.
Good luck!

Jim.
Chances are the problem with your twin isn’t a big deal. Take it to a good tech and it shouldn’t cost you more than an hour bench time and maybe a small part or two. If they try to sell you more than that, pick up your amp and run! I know enough after 20 years to keep my own stable of 8 or 10 amps running and do a little work for friends. My goto guy learned his stuff in the Navy…can’t beat that. Impressive web site, Jim. Lots of gigs! I couldn’t get the sound links to work though..would love to hear you play!
