Looking for someone who would be interested in sharing some of their
knowledge and passion about Vintage Amps and Guitars (great combos) or
any other related article? this would be a volunteer gig but could be
a great forum for anyone wanting to do such a thing.

Hey Les,

I hope you had an enjoyable Memorial Day. Sounds Great!  We would love to share information related to guitars, gear and guitar playing in general.

The following is the approach whatmusicmeans2me is taking regarding material submitted.
  • All material submitted is to be created by the submitting author and meant to be unique for www.whatmusicmeans2me.com, Any material that references another's work should include a reference to that work. Unique means that the article can only be blogged by whatmusicmeans2me.com. Reason being, Google has "crawlers" that look for sites with like content and will penalize them, AND, whatmusicmeans2me only publishes unique work. You may at anytime share the url for the article once posted  - and will at all times be attributed as the writer of the article.
  • All material submitted is done on a volunteer basis. The featured writer designation is for those who have a passion to share their musical expertise and or experiences. whatmusicmeans2me will in return provide a forum for that individuals work.
Les, if that all sounds OK to you the following is our submition to post process.
  • The article creator (you) will send in a draft article in either the body of an email or Word 97-2003 (preferably). Any pictures that you would like to use can be sent as well.
  • whatmusicmeans2me will review the article and if any changes are recommended they will be sent to the article creator (you) whithin 48 hours.
  • Upon your approval via email we will post the article.
Les are you looking to build a following of people who will read your posts? Are you looking to refer them to a specific site? All that is OK as we appreciate your contributions. We are just starting this arrangement and I am trying to think of the best way to assist our featured writers as they come aboard.

And lastly, both you or whatmusicmeans2me.com have the right to discontinue this arrangement, if accepted. Neither yourself  or whatmusicmeans2me.com is under any kind of obligation to each other. However, material submitted, agreed to, and posted prior to may remain on whatmusicmeans2me.com as it was previously agreed upon to be posted.

I hope this sounds good and look forward in hearing from you.
Thanks again !
Joe
