Wooden Nuc Box to Borrow and Brood Frame with Bees

Hi ACBA Members,

I am new to beekeeping and trying to get through my first winter with my one hive.  Sadly I made some mistakes along the way and excess moisture has weakened my colony.

I was wondering if there are any beeks in the Oakland, Berkeley, San Leandro area that would be willing to let me have a couple of capped brood with bees on them to help my struggling hive.
