Hey folks, 

My prolific hive has swarmed for the third time in two weeks. The cluster is gathering in a tree at the second story level over my next door neighbor's garage. I'd say this is an intermediate to advanced level catch (it's very near but not directly over the garage, which I'm waiting on permission to climb up on) but let me know if you want to come try to get it.
