Giving away old frames

My friend downsizing and giving away old frames for deep boxes. Those frames need a lot TLC. A have few hives in her property and they're thriving. So I believe it is not a diseases in those frames. They were just not in use for long time and neglected. I'm switching to all suppers due to back problems and won't be needed large frames.
