Fair volunteer opportunity #3: Bee videos

Here's one final way to participate in making our county fair booth a success!

Peeking out from between the hexagons will be video screens showing silent movies of bees and beekeeping facts.

Here's a similar sort of video we used in the booth two years ago. That was just made using free stock video footage, but this year club vice president Thom Mand and I would like to include real members and their bees (and make it longer). If you've got a minute or two of photogenic video of you taking care of your bees (or even just video of your bees without you if you prefer), share it and we'll include it!

The ideal videos will be relaxing and work with no/minimal captions, and without sound. The deadline is June 7.

If you have a video you want to share, you can:

• Put it somewhere that can be publicly accessed (Instagram, etc.) and email me the info at <r...@tigertech.com> so we can grab it; or
• If you have a Mac or iPhone, share it in this public iCloud folder; or
• If you use DropBox, put it in this public DropBox folder.

In fact, email me after doing any of those, letting me know who to credit. Remember, the deadline is June 7. Thanks for contributing!
