Hello,
I needed to use my old frames and I scrapped them from the pollen.
Any idea what can I do with this pollen, see pictures below.
If anybody wants to use it , you are welcome to pick it up.
Thanks.

Hi Hana,
I would like to get them. May I please ask what city you live in? I am in Castro Valley.
Thank you
Sandy

I have more pollen, if anybody interested. I scrapped it from my frames.

Can anyone explain what you would do with scraped pollen like this? I'm finishing up getting my hives ready for the winter (I know it's a little late), and anticipate removing several frames of surplus pollen. If there's a way to use it I would love to try it out.

Thanks!

Eva

Mix it with some water and honey to about 2 gallons, add some brewers yeast, pour it in a 2gallons container, toss on an airlock.

Let it sit until airlock water equalizes or you may begin tasting a glass/week until finished.

Best results, if presweetened the third week and allowed to ferment again.

NB: the more times you resweeten/allow to ferment, the better it cures your insomnia.
