Here is her message:

I have a large fenced backyard with some decent flat areas that would accommodate hives. I have a few flowering trees (pumb, loquat, peach, fingerlime, lemon, mandarin) and a Redwood. I have a dog who does use the backyard, but only under my supervision (He cannot access it without me letting him out). There is a locked gate that provides access from the street.
