I was able to cage 8 queen cells in roller cage with Bee Charmer clips. They should be emerge by next weekend.

At the of the video it shows where this frame ends up.
It is critical that these cells should be kept warm. That's why clips will hold the roller cages within a frame and it go right back into the hive. Preferably upper super where is warmer.
Or i could use incubator.

Al had a trick , a bottle of semi hot water wrapped in a wet towel in order to keep them hydrated .

Sure it will help keep it warm and hydrated. This technic is used when i do the grafting. I put a damp warm towel over the frame while grafting 2 to 3 days old larves. That's why many grafters when they do it in the field they do it  in a car where no wind and warmer. They have better control of the environment. 
This queen cell harvesting is done less than 10 minutes. Done.
Only caution is carving out without damaging is the most important part.
