What Honey actually is...
What active trace components are in it...  e.g. Methylglyoxal, etc

There's plenty of room in the ZOOM quota to include your friends.

Prof Ozturk is doing a Two-Part seminar for us.
The first half will be tomorrow over zoom, and the
Second half will be at the January 14 In-Person meeting.

-->> Professor Ozturk would like to take ~ 50 samples of Bay-Area honeys to analyze.  <<--
Bring a 6 to 8 ounce sample in a (glass) jar  TO THE JANUARY IN PERSON MEETING.
& Fill out the questionnaire.
He promised to send back an analysis-report;  we can ask about details in the Q&A tomorrow.

Thanks for the reminder, Jerry! I'm looking forward to the Zoom presentation (tonight at 7:30); the link to join the meeting is on the club web page, as you said.

Tonight's Zoom presentation is the first of two presentations from Dr. Ferhat Ozturk. The blurb for this presentation is:

"Dr. Ozturk will explore the fascinating world of honeybee products and apitherapy. From the golden elixir of honey to the healing properties of bee venom, this presentation explores the myriad benefits of these natural wonders. Discover the rich history of apitherapy, dating back centuries, and unlock the secrets of its modern applications in holistic wellness. Embark on a journey of exploration and enlightenment, as you uncover the incredible potential of honeybee products and apitherapy in enhancing your health and well-being."

Then Dr. Ozturk will also be at our January in-person meeting with more about honey -- at that meeting, we can bring samples of honey that can be tested at his lab. More information about that will be in the January newsletter.

I'll see you all at tonight's Zoom meeting!
