Hi ACBA members,
I'm Mark Bartlett, working on launching East Bay Bees - a small cottage
food operation making creamed honey from rescued bee colonies. I'm
applying for a Class B permit and need to find commercial kitchen space.

What I need:

Health department-approved commercial kitchen
2-4 hours per month (very low usage)
Berkeley or close East Bay location preferred

What I can offer:

Monthly rental payment or honey share compensation
Flexible scheduling around your availability
I bring my own mixer - just need counter space and access to sinks

Why I'm asking:
The only commercial kitchen I've found charges $500/month minimum, which
doesn't work for a micro-scale operation like mine. I'm hoping someone
in ACBA either has permitted kitchen space they'd be willing to rent by
the hour, or knows of more affordable options in the area.
If you have space, know someone who does, or have suggestions for where
else to look, I'd really appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks,
Mark Bartlett
