>> 1) Locate swarm and create plan of action. This is where asking question of homeowner is important. Location and size so you know what equipment to bring. (My car doesn’t fit ladder so I usually ask homeowner to borrow one if needed.) If tree is on caller side but swarm landed on branch overhanging neighbor’s yard it belongs to neighbor and you will neighbors permission to capture.
