Mentira Remingzondo lives in a mansion with the two men who are as
closest to family as she's got, Bruce Remington, and Mauricio Duque.
They've lived in a mansion in Miami since Mentira's parents passed
away in a car accident. Mentira, Bruce, and Mauricio take a vacation
every year to Palm Beach. One year, the family were vacationing in
Palm Beach. Mentira, Bruce, and Mauricio checked into their beach
house they bought years ago.

After Mentira unpacked her suitcase, she went into the living room,
Los Guerrero, a new TV Program was going to be premiering that night.
Mentira was excited. She couldn't wait to see it. It finally came on.
A tall well built man they called Simon Guerrero came on the TV.
Mentira liked him. From then on, she became Simon's Number one fan.
She even got to meet him on occasion, got to write to him back and
fourth so Simon knew who Mentira was.

Three years later, Present Day, Mentira, Bruce, and Mauricio had just
came back from their annual beach house vacation. After unpacking,
Bruce tells Mentira to get herself ready, and that they have a lunch
engagement with the Valdez's, their next door neighbors.

Mentira went up to her room, brushed her shoulder length blonde hair
and curled her bangs with the curling iron. Mentira was excited to
catch up with Simon since she hasn't seen him in a few weeks. She
hurriedly did her makeup as the Valdez's were arriving.

Bruce and Mauricio took the Valdez's out back by the picnic table by
the pool. Bruce began to grill burgers, and corn on the cob as
friendly conversation and the aroma of the food filled the air.
Mentira came out and joined the Valdez's at the picnic table. They
began to talk about the beach house vacation they just took.
