O-J Island has recently sent a risky telegram to Evil Wolf, founder of
LWU, quietly urging his region to surrender. The telegram is below:

As a founder and leader of a defending region myself, I sort of
understand your reasoning behind why you declared war on TKI. But
seriously, no offence, but do you really think that you can beat them?
Come on, they are the TKI! Not that I think you will be able to beat
them, but if you did, NationStates would not be as good a place!
No offence, and I would like to say that my region is not going to war
with you, and seeks peace with all regions, including yours.
Thankyou for your time, and please consider what I have said.
Just remember that my region seeks peace with all regions, including
yours; I do not care if this is a break from tradition, as your region
is a crashing region and ours is defending.

I hope that Evil Wolf considers this; if he takes offence, I
understand that our region is figurative toast.
The AITO defense readiness condition (DEFCON) has formally been raised
to DEFCON 2.
LWU is a crashing region; this means that they try to invade other
regions, whereas defending regions, like ours, only try to defend
other regions that are being attacked.
I stress that an invasion may be imminent. That is one of the three
possibilities of that telegram. The other two are Evil Wolf considers
but ignores it, or he formally surrenders.
