It is agreed that our region shall remain at peace with the 10000
Islands. After conversations with the United States of Grub, it has
been agreed and acknowledged that although a formal alliance has not
been reached, and may not be because our region is "too small," our
regions will remain at peace, and a long friendship between our two
regions will be sustained.
I would like to stress that we were never, ever, going to go to war
with 10000 Islands; we were going to war with Lone Wolves United. That
is not going to happen.
