A new Particle Accelerator, modeled on the Large Hadron Collider, is
being built off the coast of O-J Island. It will have a circumference
of 25 kilometers, and will try and recreate some of the conditions
from around the time of the Big Bang. It's aim is also to discover
more elements, and properties of antimatter.
