War is done through the World Assembly, apparently. O-J Island
received a telegram from the United States of Grub saying "I
definitely thank you for the offer. I hope our nations will have a
long friendship, but we cannot be in a formal alliance with your
region because it is too small." Because of this, we are definitely
not going to war with Lone Wolves United. We also do not have a formal
alliance with 10000 Islands. However, our regions are friendly.
