I'm not sure of the membership in this group but I thought I would put
out the word that the Twain Harte weather station is available for
purchase. I will be moving down the hill at the beginning of next
month so accurate weather reporting from this elevation will no longer
be available online once I have moved.
Do any of you have any ideas of any group, business or other
organization who might be interested in taking over the weather
reporting for this elevation? The only requirement is that it really
should be running on a computer 24/7 for valid data to be transmitting
to NOAA and to the community at large.
I'd be willing to sell the equipment, the software & the website for
$500. The station also has a Facebook page and I've broadcast a
message to all of the station's "fans" as well.

with all of the details.
