Infectious Disease Forecasting

Dear Clinics:

As previously announced, Dr. Jim Wilson (thanks to a generous donation from Direct Rellef International) is able to reactivate to produce a 2nd generation infectious
disease operational forecasting capability for Haiti. 

 

To do this he needs your clinical records from 1-2 years back

1) the location of the clinic,

2) patient identifier (a random number is fine),

3) date of visit to the clinic,

4) diagnosis,

5) any laboratory data (this latter point is, of course, totally dependent on confidence in lab capabilities at the site in question).  

 

Microsoft Excel format is preferred, but we'll take whatever format you have.  Again, this is a FREE service to your clinics.  Forecast Information will be posted on the HEAS (Haiti-Epidemic-Advisory-System) google group.
