Dear HAS Alumni,

 

We need anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists who could come as soon as possible to help at HAS. 

 

One of our nurse anesthetists is unable to work for the next several months due to illness, and qualified specialists are difficult to find in Haiti.   

 

We are looking for volunteers who can cover 2 or more weeks, including weekends.  Returning HAS alumni who can only stay for one week would also be welcome. 

 

Please consider serving with us once again, or pass this message along to a colleague who might be able to help.  Translators will be provided as necessary, but physicians will find that fluency in French is of great benefit, as is a willingness to learn functional Kreyol.

 

I know that it is difficult for you to get time off at such a short notice, but maybe there is a fortunate coincidence... It would be great if you could help out.
