Iam having issues scanning to my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. The printer is setup wirelessly and prints fine and shows available ink. When attempting to scan, the HP Smart app generates the below error when I choose to either sign in to HP Cloud services or create a new account. Is there a way around using HP Cloud services to scan (I can connect via USB if necessary)? How do I correct this HP Cloud services error? I am able to sign into my HP account with no issues. Thanks for any tips anyone can provide.

Every time I try to login to scan from my HP printer with the Smart app I get the following error: (Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0100) I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it never works. I have had nothing but problems with this app since I installed my printer, but now I can't even login. I saw that others have the same problem in the community and HP's response is from November 2020 stating that they are working on the issue and will have it resolved asap. It's now February 2021 and still nothing is resolved?!? How do I fix this. If we have to use this app to make our printer work properly then you need to make sure the app works properly. Extremely frustrating!!
I am using HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer and enrolled the same for HP Instant Ink. I am not able to print or scan. Both the cartridges are sent by HP Instant Ink which were working a week back. I registered it for HP+ and that where it could not complete the setup and keeps me giving an error - Error Code: UA_200_OWSVD00001. On printer display it flashes E0 text, both cartridge icons, a small light near 3 colored dots, and button with i letter.
