Opening the Group, Writing a proposal and other business

Hey everyone,
As we collect more interest in THATCamp Southeast, we should probably
open up the group. This will make it easier to point people to
information until we get our website up and running.
Also, I guess we need this proposal sooner rather than later. I'm a
little swamped with paper work this week so if someone else (Brian?)
want to start working on that I would really appreciate it. I'm
attaching the outline for proposals that digital systems uses. This
is probably appropriate since Joan will ultimately need to sign off on
it (I think).
Should we schedule a meeting to report back on information we've
collected about potential partners, room reservations and the like?
We could probably do this on line but I'm developing a small meeting
addiction.

It looks like the attachment was eaten by the interwubz.
And I'm up to my elbows in another project, so I won't be available much until Friday, I think. But we could meet then for a quick reporting session.
