THAT Camp NE Sponsorships

Dear Friends,
We are still looking for a couple more small sponsorships. If your organization would be able to commit even $250, it would be incredibly helpful.

I sent the following e-mail to a number of NE Humanities organizations earlier today. Please feel welcome to use it to drum up support on your campus:

THAT Camp New England is an "unconference" that brings together scholars working in the digital humanities. It will be held at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA on November 13–14, 2010. A typical THAT Camp budget is in the neighborhood of $3000 with most of the funds going to t-shirts and food. There is no cost to participants although we plan to "pass the hat" at the start of the camp and will ask for $20 donations. That said, we are looking for a few organizations to donate what they can, either a dollar amount or in-kind (pay for a breakfast or purchase the t-shirts). Other groups that we've talked with are considering amounts between $250-$750 but any amount is appreciated.
