Wipro Engineering Hiring 2018 || Important Updates     Dear Academic Partner,   Greetings!   We have a few key updates with regards to Wipro offered candidates from your college as mentioned below.   We have introduced Wipro Pre-Joining Program (PJP), which is an online and structured learning path exclusively designed for our offered candidates.   The PJP is an online program which can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and allows the convenience of completing the learning, at one’s own place and pace. The PJP follows a Project Based Learning (PBL) framework that focuses on learning by doing a lot of hands-on exercises and projects. The learning environment will include access to Wipro’s PBLApp application that provides the learning modules, and a Discussion Forum to communicate with your mentor and other fellow learners to achieve collaborative learning.    The PJP program offers the Technology Stream based on the Business requirement and provides the advantage of gaining the required knowledge and skills while the students are pursuing their final semester studies and awaiting joining.   We are initiating the process of onboarding from the month of May 2018, post the completion of exams. The phase 1 candidates have already received their login to begin the PBL activity, remaining candidates will get their logins enabled in next two weeks. In this context, successful completion of PJP assessments will help in prioritizing the onboarding dates of the offered students.
