We would require your SPOC to start sharing profiles with us at the earliest. Please find attached a Pre Selection Questionnaire that necessarily has to be shared by candidates interested.
Below is the procedure to share profiles:
- Company profile and job description must be shared with all interested candidates
- One candidate can only apply against one position
- Compensation plan should be shared with each candidate
- Candidates to fill and share Pre Selection Questionnaire alongwith their resume
- Please ensure to share the Benefits Beyond Cash alongwith compensation structure with the candidates
- Candidates should clearly know about the open positions, and only after looking at their interest level, future career aspiration should apply
- Candidates who have offers already or are under consideration for offers are suggested to refrain from applying
- Cut off to apply is 60% and above across all qualifications (From high school to highest qualification) without backlogs
- Share zip folder of each skill separately along with the information as per attached excel format latest by January 24, 2018
Interview procedure :
- We shall get back to you and the candidates in 10 days with the feedback on CVs
- The shortlisted candidates shall undergo telephonic interview with the hiring manager/Head of Discipline. The interview duration will be 15- 30 minutes
- Final feedback for face to face interviews on Graduate Assessment Day shall be shared in a week’s time of telephonic interviews
- Graduate Assessment is tentatively being planned on February 24, 2018 at Noida and March 5, 2018 at Bengaluru
