As discussed, we will be visiting Thapar University on 30th Nov 2017 for
1) 6 Month Internship requirement @ Stryker (CSE, IT and ECE students)
We will be looking at converting these students into full time employee basis their project and performance during the internship.
We will begin with process on 30th Nov 2017 (8am onwards)
· 8am – Presentation
· 8:30am – Written Test (45 Mins)
· 9:45am – Hackathon Written Test for Shortlisted Students
· 11:30am – Interview Process for shortlisted students
· 4pm – Declaration of Results and Wrap Up (Departure for Delhi)
Prof Bawa – Thanks for the help. Looking forward to a successful visit.
Please Note : We will reach the Thapar on 29th Nov and will be making our own arrangements for the stay.
Requirements needed from Campus
· List of eligible students (CSE, IT and ECE)
· One Classroom / Hall with projector for PPT & to conduct written test for all students together
· Same Classroom for Hackathon Written Test
· 2 Small rooms for interview process

As i said earlier the three dates are booked for placement drives. The same students are appearing for the test and interview, hence they are not free. Its a whole day process and would not get time for another company for test or interview.
Kindly assess them offline based on some assignment through mail.

I had a conversation with H S Bawa (Placement coordinator) regarding dates on 29, 30 and 1.
The dates are booked for three company for placement drive, hence no free slots are available.
I suggest you to shortlist the students based on CV, take the assessment based on assignment and followed by telephonic/skype interview.
Further you may directly contact to HS Bawa for further information.
