Improved income with belonging factor

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to announce that I improved the concept for the amount of income that a participant can create.

I am convinced that this will help to prevent externals exploiting the community and also is good for data privacy as not even an age-group for children needs to be stored in the person identity anymore.

It willl take some time till I change to code accordingly but I hope you like the idea.
