How safe is it to travel in Thailand now a days as there has been
disruption previously, is there any vaccinations that are needed
before travelling?

Thailand is still safe to travel to unless you plan on doing something illegal.

In Thailand you will not even notice the difference unless you get into trouble. The curfew has been lifted everywhere now, so that will no longer affect tourists Instead of facing the police you will be facing the Military and a hasher punishment.
