Greetings from Indian Social Club of Thailand, Under the Patronage of the Embassy of India.
We are seeking your kind support for the 5th Thai-Indian Fun-Fair event scheduled on16th Feb 2019 from1500-2200 hours at Srinkaharinwirot University, Sukhumvit 23, Bangkok. We expect more than 10,000 people including students from the schools and universities in Bangkok will participate in the annual event celebrated both local Thai people, expats, and Indian Diaspora in Thailand.
The purpose of Thai-Indian Fun Fair is to strengthen friendship and promote socio-economic and cultural relations between India and Thailand. Thai-Indian Fun Fair is an annual event being organized by the Indian Social Club of Thailand that represents more than 65 Associations of Indian Diaspora in Thailand, Chaired by the Ambassador of India to Thailand.
We have planned a variety of activities during the fun fair such as Thai / Indian/ Continental food, games for children, youth and adults, souvenirs & exhibition, magic show, fashion and lifestyle, First Miss Thai-Indian Fun Fair Beauty Pageant 2019, India Thailand quiz contest (second season), creative arts competition, attractive raffle prizes and a spectacular cultural performance by local and overseas artists.
We request you to provide us names and contact details of representatives of your association who wish to join the organizing committee of Thai-Indian Fun Fair 2019. We will send invitation to join our weekly team meetings.
