Hi all,

How's your summer ka? Hope you guys have had a great summer.

Well, I have some questions about studying to bother you guys again.

I'm wondering whether anyone has ever taken Service Marketing or Marketing Communication with Prof. Werner Kunz or heard
anything about him in such courses.

I like to know how he is ah' ka. How's his class? Is he good at teaching those stuffs?

I once asked P'O about it but I also like to know from others what you think about him ka.

I now am interested in the subjects but I'm not sure if he's good at teaching those stuffs.

If he's tough grader but good at teaching those stuffs, it might be worth trying.

If not, taking it might turn to be just a waste moreover a bad mark in my transcript.

Thank you for all answers ka

Hi Knack,

I never had a class with him but some of my friends had. He's a German and I heard that he's not that hard, but not as easy as well. His exams are multiple choice and he likes presentations A LOT. That's all I know la. Hope these help.

Hi Knack,

As I told you before if you are comfortable to share your idea in class very often just like those Americans, you will definitely get A. But if you don't share your idea much in class, you will get lower than B+, no matter what how many scores you have made from the exam. Speaking participation is strongly required for this class and accountable for 30% of the grade.  Besides, I don't think he is a good professor. He is young and lacks of experiences to teach advance class like this one. Don't waste time and money for it. I took this class with the reason that it looked interesting. Unfortunately, our school put the wrong professor to conduct the class.
