อาจมีปัญหากับ boot loader problem.

ลองเข้าไปดูแล้วทำตามเว็บที่ให้ข้างล่าง มันอาจแก้ปัญหาที่โจ้ว่ามา

เคยประสบปัญหาเหมือนกันค่ะ แล้วเอาเครื่องกลับมาซ่อมที่ไทย ส่งเข้าศูนย์เค้าบอกว่าเป็นที่แผงควบคุม keybord เสีย แล้วไม่มีอะไหล่เปลี่ยนด้วย เพราะเป็นยี่ห้อ SONY ไม่ค่อยมีอะไหล่ เลยต้องทิ้งเครื่องไปเลย :(

สวัสดีครับ

ตอนนี้คอมผมมีปัญหากระทันหันครับ ประมาณว่า system fail ยังเลือกได้ว่าจะเข้า safe mode หรือ normal mode แต่หลังจากนั้นก็จะเป็นจอดำไม่เข้าวินโดว์ซะที ใครพอจะช่วยดูให้ได้บ้างครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ
