เคยประสบปัญหาเหมือนกันค่ะ แล้วเอาเครื่องกลับมาซ่อมที่ไทย ส่งเข้าศูนย์เค้าบอกว่าเป็นที่แผงควบคุม keybord เสีย แล้วไม่มีอะไหล่เปลี่ยนด้วย เพราะเป็นยี่ห้อ SONY ไม่ค่อยมีอะไหล่ เลยต้องทิ้งเครื่องไปเลย :(

   - ในกรณีนี้ต้องเข้า safe mode ก่อนค่ะ

   - ถ้า boot ยังไม่ขึ้น ให้เดาว่ามีปัญหาที่ graphic cart หรือ hard disk กรณีแรก ให้ลองถอดมาทำความสะอาด แล้วเสียบเข้าไปใหม่

     กรณีที่สอง ให้ลองดูว่าสายข้อมูล hard disk หลวม ลองเช็คดูนะค่ะ

สวัสดีครับ

ตอนนี้คอมผมมีปัญหากระทันหันครับ ประมาณว่า system fail ยังเลือกได้ว่าจะเข้า safe mode หรือ normal mode แต่หลังจากนั้นก็จะเป็นจอดำไม่เข้าวินโดว์ซะที ใครพอจะช่วยดูให้ได้บ้างครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ
