Estou preenchendo os nomes aqui no JOSM… E não sei se estou fazendo isso direito, mas neste bairro de Brasilia(Cruzeiro Velho atualmente está identificado como place=suburb) existem Casas, "Blocos"(conjuntos de Casas, tipo 3 casas mais ou menos) e Quadras(que sao conjunto de Blocos, letras do alfabeto, Bloco A, B, C… X, W).

Na minha cabeça, para este caso do cruzeiro velho, uma Quadra seria um place=quarter, e um bloco um place=neighbourhood, faz sentido?
