Tem alguns comentários interessantes:

"Only if your a member of the Portugese society of artists. Don't become one and you can do anything.
Usually by becoming a member of Ascap/Bmi/Sacem/... ...(author societies), you give up a lot of rights. Example : In France, when a becoming a member of the Sacem (local ASCAP), you give them the right to sell your music to TV channels without your consent (news broadcasts for ex., but not advertising or TV series). This became a big issue when DAFT PUNK refused to sign with SACEM because they wanted total control of the use their music. I think SACEM is still holding a lot of their money, i don't think they ever signed with the French author society.
So it's a case of money or freedom :)
"

"Not sure this is quite as bad as it seems. Presumably there is a difference between a `licence' and an `alienation'. By granting a creative commons licence, the author of a work does not lose the right to licence the work on 'non-free' terms.

Why someone would choose to purchase a non-free license when a free one is available is another question--it could even make sense where there is a no commercial works or no derivatives license.

Releasing a work into the public domain? Now that might be prohibited by the law."

O senador amapaense Randolfe "Harry
Potter" Rodrigues conseguiu o número mínimo de assinaturas pra abrir
uma CPI do ECAD.
