Dear Colleagues,
Please find here the infographic competition in conjunction with the inaugural International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists (2 November). The competition is jointly organized by Communication and Information Sector, ERI, and the company Visual.ly that works with a large community of designers, journalists, animators and developers to create visual content. The competition has dual function: raising awareness on the issue of impunity and its devastating impact on society as well as generating original open access content based on the upcoming Director-General’s Report on the Safety of Journalists and the Danger of Impunity which will be presented at the next Intergovernmental Council meeting of the IPDC on 20-21 November 2014.

The competition comes with USD 2000 prize. The deadline is Monday, 13 October 2014.
