New Manual for Incorporating a Gender Perspective into
OAS Electoral Observation Missions

This new methodology allows the OAS to assess, as well as contribute to, the full and equal participation of women and men in the electoral process, at all levels: as voters; candidates in national and local elections; leaders within State institutions; within Electoral Management Bodies (EMBs); within Political Party structures.

This project was possible thanks to the financial contributions made by the governments of Canada, Germany and Spain.
