Por enquanto posso dizer que a iniciativa do lambe gerou algum bafafa, não consegui ir tirar as fotos mas conversei por acaso com uma fonte minha da cidade e ele comentou sem eu perguntar que "colaram um negocio de transparencia" na frente da Leão Engenharia, que é uma empresa não vinculada à Leão Leão... eu tb achava que era tudo a mesma coisa, esta fonte que me disse que são empresas distintas :)

Technology for Transparent and Accountable Public Finance (TTAPF)
We would like to ask you to fill in some information relating to your project, which has been identified as a project using technology to further aims of fiscal transparency.
What is the name of this project?
Hacker Invasion -- Lambe-lambe (?)
What's the background of the project? A short summary of the project with key aims, user groups and scope. Who initiated the project and proposed the implementation framework? Is this project realised together with partner organisations/institutions? When did the project start and what is the time frame?
The project is developed by the Transparency Hackers Community during the trips in the Hacker Bus. Transparência Hacker is a community of over 800 hackers and activists who collaborate in projects for transparency, open data and political change in Brazil. Last year we bought a bus, through a crowdfunding project. The aim is to make Hackers Invasions in brazilian citties and get people to find, with us, new ways to do politics. We know that internet and digital tools are already transforming very powerful industries, like the music businness, or the media. It is democratizing our way of communicating, creating, sharing and articulating ourselves. So the same should be true for our way of doing politics. At the Hacker Invasions we make workshops, for instance, on community radio stations; development of public iniciatives laws (?); cartography and incorporate any activity that improve political transparency and citizen empowerment . There is no time frame for that. As long as the bus gets on the road there will be Hackers Invasions. One of our activities is the Hacker Lambe: to assemble information about the local administration's suppliers and to make public, with cartazes lambe-lambe, how much they receive for their services and products and how they were contracted by the administration. Those informations are or should be transparents and published at the administrations sites. The Hacker Lambe evolves as we travel. The next step, at Festival Baixo Centro, a collaborative festival at downtown, São Paulo, is to make lambes about the real state speculation in the region. We are assembling numbers about the valorization per quare meter, mapping empty buildings, comparing their values with the prices of food in order to question publicly the way the immobiliary market is directing urban occupation.
