Event Brief:

In this event, Xia Chen, Co-Managing Attorney at Zhang & Associates P.C., will deliver free legal seminar to all the Chinese students and scholars, providing with immigration legal knowledge and other legal knowledge. Zhang & Associates P.C. is the largest Chinese-American immigration law firm and the second largest immigration law firm in the U.S.

Main topics that will be covered in this seminar include but are not limited to three ways to obtain “green card”:

1. If you have high academic achievements: EB-1A, EB-1B,  EB-2 NIW

2. If you work for someone: F-1, OPT, H-1B, EB2 PERM

3. If you are an entrepreneur and have some money: EB-5, L-1 EB-1C
