I am very saddened to share the following news. Perhaps you already heard that. 

Could you forward the following message as well as the time/location of Prof Gao's funeral service to all THU-AA Boston members?  Prof Gao is one of the most senior Tsinghua alumni in our area, and also one of the most respected Tsinghua professors. He have met President Gu in 2006 when President Gu visited Boston, and he has been President Gu's teacher in Tsinghua. Prof Gao have continuously supported our THU-AA Boston and have donated to our organization several times. Prof Kao's son Yeetzou just told me over the phone that the funeral is Tomorrow Friday 11 am at Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home (376 Washington Street, Brookline, MA 02445).  He also remembered Wei Lin and Wei Zhang etc for the great efforts and activities you have made at THUAA Boston in recent years.
