Last planning meeting before fund raiser: sign ups needed to work

This Thursday 5pm at cafe marina is the last planning meeting before the
Timber Heritage fund raiser this Saturday. One big detail is getting folks
signed up for the various jobs at the event. I'll take on the job of
organizing the hanging files where all the claim slips are filed, then
finding them when people want to claim and pay for their stuff. Pete
Oringer usually sets up the credit card machine. Several people work on
taking payment. I need a group of people to help grab all the silent
auction slips when Mike does the final and alphabetize them quickly so
they can be put in the files. Roxanne is doing the table decorations and
Pete and Jennifer Johnston are doing room decor. I believe Pete has some
young ladies to show the live auction items as they are being bid on. We
will need several people to take money, tickets and do the sign in and
issue paddle numbers when guests arrive. It is also helpful to have
someone as a greeter who can direct them to the right spot to sign in.
There are still other jobs. If you helped last year and want to do the job
again this year, please come to the meeting or let us know. Thanks, Marcus
