Is Fake experience a suggested way to get job?

Faking on resume will lead to many questions especially in a fresh job
seeker.

Remember that 'rules are meant for people but people are not meant for
rules',
Exceptions can be made. 

Most of the top rated companies are showing fake numbers in
available candidates to get the projects from their clients, sometimes
they are claiming 2 years experienced persons as 4 years experienced,
4 years as 6 years....

While companies which are earning lakhs and cores of rupees can do
this type of things, why can't a person who is not getting the job
even though he has talent in him can do this.

Coming to ethics, what do you people think? What happens if they take
a fake candidate if he is capable of doing his work?
Is it better to make exceptions in company’s rules? Or is it better
to fire the person even though he is capable and spoil his life. Which
one seems more ethical for you?

Again I'm saying remember that "Rules are meant for us, we are not
meant for rules"

1. Learn the New Realities of Getting a Job in 2011
2. Are you looking for salary package?? If so then put very strong
fake Exp and go ahead...
3. Fake Exp is risky only when you go with big giants like TCS, Wipro,
Infosys,
4. Lying might help you get an interview, but you'll have to lie the
entire interview when they ask you about your experience, your
previous employer, etc.
5. Faking is easy but you are expected to share some idea of your
previous work/ project with the interviewer. If you can manage the
task is over. 
6. Here come the Ingredients to Start Faking on Resume.
a. One Salary Slip (Last month Salary slip) (Mostly a very casual sal
details printed on A4 sheet paper)
b. Knowledge One/Two Projects
c. One Resume
d. Recent Trends in Your Practice/Domain (Emerging Trends and tools in
your domain)
