I've added all the errata from the current TurboGearsBook.com page as
well.

There's more that I haven't had time to go over in my e-mail, but I'll
try to add some of it here even if it is unverified. When I've had a
chance to verify everything I'll copy it over to the "official" page.

Fix for page 73, setting default b = "" in case of exception.
Otherwise I get:
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'b' referenced before assignment

from being retrieved.

instead of double at end of return statement on page 71.
