file upload

Hello,

I just installed WhatWhat and tried to test it.

I tried to upload a file. No error at upload, but in /static/files, no
file is created.
But there is no error detected.

When I place a file manually in the /static/files directory, I am able
to download it.

The problem seems to come from the upload but no exception is raised
in new_file function in project subcontroller.

Any hint?

I forgot to end the uploaddir with a slash.
