Quick Win, Fast-Track Projects, can we do them ?

Two Quick-Win, Fast-Track Projects that I would like to ask you to consider during your assessment process (and I really do like Havea's proposal and hope this is inline with that.)

Infrastructure and Technology Group
* Free Email Server, hosted in Tonga

Industry Working Group
* eCommerce Site for Tourism

FREE Email Server, hosted in Tonga

I love those overseas email servers, but they can be very very very very .... very slow, mostly because of that International Internet bandwidth connection.

Would it be practical and attractive to have a Free Server hosted locally (on both TCC and Tonfon) so that access to email is fast and furious.

Of course it would be great to have some of the features you get with gmail and hotmail, nice user experience pictures etc. (just say now to squirrelmail)

Integrating Calendar into it would provide a significant amount of PIM facilities in Tonga.

eCommerce Site for Tourism

Suggested by an operator from Vava'u.

Can we have one website (instead of the mess that is now the how to get to Tonga and have a room) where potential visitors can see current information from hospitality, tour operators and they can also make paid bookings.
