Again on Human Capacity Development, Retention.
One of the things to do that was brought out during the workshop was to have surveys, analysis done on a number of different things.
On the matter of improving the workplace, I have this question.
How many people do you know in Tonga that are competent to perform a Work flow, Business Process review and/or analysis ?
If it is one of those skills that we need help in, then its best we figure this out early before we commit to doing work that requires their skills to find out we have to wait for the next AID Train to come with the skills.
