[Teach for the Needs]

Teachers offer more than lip service. It is not an easy job and it requires more than 100 per cent commitment to meet every single student’s needs. Yes, teachers can find ways to relieve their heavy workload, but how many of these ways are at the expense of the students’ learning and curriculum time?

A little bit of appreciation could encourage them to contribute more. I am certainly not a teacher and neither are many other young people out there, but it is understandable to know how much they work to educate students, and making sure that students learn the skills that they need to go out in the challenging world.
