Enclosed please find our service proposal on the audit services of your company for the Board of Directors (Board) kind approval.  

Should the Board agree with our service proposal, they may acknowledge their acceptance on page 4 of our enclosed service proposal and revert back to us together with a cheque amounting to RM840.00 being 50% of our fees payable to Ali Shah Hashim & Co

Once again, we would like to mention our appreciation to you for inviting us to propose our service as an external accountant. 

Kindly take note that this service proposal is only for our audit services for year 2017.  Our service for tax management of 2017 are quoted separately.
