Subject: Re: Complaint Letter to PJLA

Dear Zamir,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the unpleasant experience you and your team had with our technical director during your event on 23 August.

At PJ Live Arts, we take pride in being able to offer our community a professional performing arts venue. Unfortunately, we are sometimes overwhelmed by circumstances and find ourselves less-than-prepared when dealing with certain situations. Your event on 23 August was one of these and we are deeply embarrassed by the lack of professionalism from one of our most senior staff members.

We have taken steps to reprimand our technical manager and ensure that such behaviour will not be repeated. I am attaching his formal letter of apology.

We deeply value your relationship with Teach For The Needs and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our hirers deserve the very best. If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with me at 012 6821099.

Yours in service,
Diong Chae Lian
